The **Lighthouse** Vacation Village is located 20 miles (32 km) from Bourgas and 60 miles (96 km) from Varna, two of the major Bulgarian cities. Both have international airports capable of accepting jet planes. There are numerous, regular and charter, flights from UK, Ireland, Germany, Scandinavia and Russia.

The lighthouse, situated in the middle of the complex, offers a spectacular vista. All facilities are for exclusive use of the tenants of the complex.
The construction is entirely from natural materials. The quality of the work and the compliance with the building codes is monitored by an independent company.
There is twenty four-hour security provided for all premises. Only owners and authorized visitors will be allowed inside the complex.
