This two-storey house is situated in a large village that is about 31 km away from the city of Stara Zagora – the fifth largest town in Bulgaria and one of the most contemporary cities in the country. The village itself is located in the beautiful Thracian Plain. The town of Plovdiv stands only 69 km away from the village. One of the famous ski resorts in Bulgaria – Pamporovo is 113 km away from the village.
The property consists of а two-storey house with a total living area of 75 sq.m., a basement (10 sq.m.), a parking lot, a garage, a store and a garden vast 1360 sq.m.
The ground floor comprises of a corridor, a bedroom, a living room, a kitchenette, a WC/bathroom and a lovely veranda. The walls of the whole house are made of red bricks. The flooring is cement and wooden on some places, it is covered with marble. The frames of the windows are wooden. The house is in structurally good condition. It needs refreshment of the plastering and the woodwork. There are slight cracks of the veranda. It is supplied with electricity, running water (inside and outside the dwelling) and is connected to a septic tank. The cauldron for the local heating is in the basement. There isn’t telephone landline available at the moment. The road to the house is an asphalt one, so it is accessible in the whole year.
This village offers the peace and the quiet you have been longing for. There are local shops, cafes, a school, a church, a police station, a health service, a library, a community center and a post office. There is regular bus service and railway transport and the village is accessible in all seasons. The area is appropriate for fishing and hunting and as the village is peaceful, it is a great opportunity to retreat from the big city and have a total rest. The village is strategically located because it is disposed close to the new motorway which is now under construction. The motorway connects the capital Sofia to the seaside – the town of Burgas. The oldest active monastery in Europe – “St. Athanasius” is situated only 22 km away from the property, so the region offers good conditions for rural tourism development.
