All year round apart-complex **“St Varvara”**, v. Varvara, district of Bourgas


Varvara is a small village, situated on the sea cost of the Black sea in the skirts of the mountain peak Papia in the Strandja mountain. It is the only village between the towns of Tzarevo and Ahtopol. It is located on the territory of National park of “ Strandja”.
Varvara is mostly famous with the beautiful sea. Although there is only one sand strap which is small, it is one of the most beautiful all across the whole Black sea coast. The village has succeeded in preserving the nature and its crystal sea waters due to the remoteness and unknowness. It is surrounded with cliffy gulfs, good for underwater fishing and diving. There are a lot of celebrities who come back here every year again and again, enjoying the beauty of Varvara. The sufficient number of hotels can satisfy even the most pretentious guest. The other advantage of Varvara is the mountain. The merge of the Strandja mountain and the Black sea makes Varvara a unique piece of Bulgaria where you can see a pure virgin beach in the hot summer days or go have a tour in the mountain in the cloudy and cool spring and autumn months. On the mountain peak of Papia which is very near the village traces of late ancient and medieval times can be found. In the first week of September the annual congregation of Varvara is conducted for two days. The evening of the first day is for the so called nestinarski dances (walking on fire), and at noon of the second day – wrestling.
The distance from Bourgas airport is 70 km.

**About the building**

The building consists of three over ground and one attic floor with the following content:

The facades are oriented in geographic directions as in this way the Southern exposition and the views between the building and the around area is max covered. The outer and inner walls are made out of brick. The coverage construction is monolithic reinforced and concrete. The building has all the necessary conditions for normal functioning with readiness of construction “till key”, in level of completeness ready for acceptance from the authorized commission. The building is filled with facade walls, exterior and interior joinery, decorative facade elements from Syberia listvenica, staircases, squares, corridors and common parts, executed with 100% gutter, balconies, railings and fences, heat and hydro isolation, vertical planning.


* Electricity – power, lighting, lightning protective, sound- intercom, Telephone, Тelevision installations fitted with equipment for use, electrical power. External relations and individual panels with relevant current loops, a common switchboard with Double tariff meters.
* Water supply system – sewerage and water supply installations with hidden horizontal and vertical deviations, water meters and water meters nodes, mounted standard fixtures and standard equipment, water supply external links;
* OV – ventilation system for kitchens and bathrooms, conditioning inverter multi-split systems, installed equipment;
