Description

**Etara III** is situated in the southern expansion of Sveti Vlas. The complex is located just 250 meters away from the beachfront and 450 meters away from the Marina Dinevi in Sveti Vlas, a yacht port with dockage for 300 yachts, including 25 mooring spaces for boats of 25 meters in length. The design envisages one L-shaped building in the western and northern sections of the plot encircled with rich green spaces, an alpineum and a swimming pool for adults and kids in the middle. The building is divided into two sections; the southern part has two entrances and the northern one – three. The two sections are separated by a dilatation joint. The total number of apartments is 125. The first section has 65 apartments, i.e. 23 one-room apartments (33 to 58 sq.m.), 31 two-room apartments (50 to 80 sq.m.) and 11 three-room apartments (78 to 89 sq.m.). The second building has 60 apartments, i.e. 19 one-room apartments (35 to 40 sq.m.), 23 two-room apartments (48 to 68 sq.m.) and 18 three-room apartments (73 to 110 sq.m.). The living rooms and in most cases two and more bedrooms have a view of the sea. The building has the necessary storage spaces, 6 in each section, as well as special offices for the maintenance staff. A separate office for the manager is also envisaged. The complex has a parking lot for 45 cars and right next to it there is a public parking lot for 36 cars. The **Etara III** is surrounded by natural greenery with some exotic trees envisaged to enrich the local fauna and give the village a more exotic look. Attractive alpineums combined with flower compositions will be constructed. The envisaged water spaces will contribute to the comfort and character of the complex. In the preparation of the design of the residential buildings and adjoining territories, the architect wanted to create the atmosphere of the Old Bulgarian architecture. Characteristic features of the period include spacey terraces over the first floor, narrow windows, protruding roofs, bay windows looking over streets and yards, tall stone fences and towers, wooden gates, railings and staircases. The multi-storey spaces are separated by the gradation of different materials (rough construction stones, contrasted wooden elements, and smooth white plaster), roofs at varying heights, combination of convex and concave shapes and other solutions creating the counterpoint typical of the Old Bulgarian architecture. The network of pedestrian alleys is designed in free geometric forms. The same approach is adopted in the design of the two swimming pools with a total surface of 105 sq.m. – one for adults and one for kids. Envisaged are the premises for the pool maintenance equipment including separate bathrooms for ladies and gentlemen. A network of pedestrian alleys leads to the building entrances. Ramps for baby carriages and wheelchairs will be installed where necessary. The complex has an exquisite restaurant seating 60 persons with half of the seats in the open air. The facades will be covered with smooth white mineral plaster and framed with brown colored wooden elements. The first floors and some of the second floors will feature rubble stone coverings. The roofs will be covered with shingles similar to the Old Bulgarian ones, combined with colorful aluminum window frames. The balconies will have wooden railings 1.05 meters above the floor level. All wooden parts will be treated with modern wood preservatives and fire retardants. Security of the complex is enhanced by a professional year-round manned service. The **Etara III** complex is a turnkey development. Based on the vision of your dream home, you are welcome to choose the materials and details for the internal decoration and finish within your apartment. We can also install air conditioning and take care of the overall furnishing. All apartments are cable TV ready.
